temp-mail.agency is free and may display ads from partners such as the Yandex Advertising Network. Questions about advertising or privacy: [email protected].

Support hours and response times

Our support is handled entirely by email. Write to [email protected] and we will read every message. We aim to reply within 2 business days; most questions are answered sooner, but complex abuse or delivery investigations can take a little longer. We do not offer phone or live-chat support, so email is always the fastest way to reach us.

Before you write

To help us solve your issue quickly, please include:

  • the exact temp address you used;
  • the service or website that was supposed to send the message;
  • the approximate time you expected the message to arrive.

Please note that temp-mail.agency is receive-only, and messages sent to an address after it has been deleted cannot be recovered. Keeping the address active until your message arrives avoids this.
